Mr Carlton Barclay is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Community & Workers of Jamaica

Co-operative Credit Union Limited (C&WJCCUL). He possesses over twenty five (25) years of experience in banking and finance and has served at the most senior levels in this industry both locally as well as within the Caribbean. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Fellow of the Association FCCA 2002. 

He holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, North Western University.
